Been waiting to see if anyone else was having this issue. (I’m also having internet problems and didn’t know if that was a contributing factor).

If your question is about instability after crashes, crashes can corrupt preferences, which then need to be reset after backing them up.

• Back up preferences:

• Reset preferences manually:
  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/get-started/settings-and-preferences/reset-preferences.html

If your question is about the crashes, are you submitting crash reports and including your Adobe ID?
