use a photo for "generative fill" in the background

I test "generative fill" with text replacing the background. 
sometimes it's interesting, sometimes it sucks.
I know AI works with text but is there a possibility (or in the future) to force AI to take an image from my stock (layer) and interpret it to fill the backgroud.

Not only use an image without modification in transparency but that IA reinterprets this image at the same time as the selected object.

Generative Fill and Firefly AI are modeling based on Adobe Stock and other resources. This is intentionally restrictive by Adobe to prevent liability from using licensed images. Google "Getty Images/Stable Diffusion lawsuit" if you want to understand why they are taking a responsible approach to AI/Machine learning.

    Yes I do understand the concern about third party copyrights. However I think it should not exclude images whose author is the user's own. Perhaps limiting the use of these images in AI in some way to only the registered user so that it is not used by others.

    @ERIC J M308274354xt4 I think thats the issue/debate/discovery for the team - how do you verify that a source image is not pulled from a third party source and input by a user?
