Violation for 6 toes (Polydactyly)

Even after so many months, generative fill still gives me headaches with its false-positive warnings. I was trying to add a 6th toe to the photo on the right. All my attempts resulted in a violation, and it would not generate! "6 toes", "six toes", etc. Eventually, I thought of using the medical term polydactyly, which worked fine!

And now I'm trying to add toenails to the edit, but it gives a violation for toenails!!! ???????????????

I have reported over 1000 false violation warnings in the past few months. Will we, 50-year-old men, ever be able to generate images without headaches?
