when I open photoshop the options bar opens on menu bar and wallpaper is visible in background I presses f key I checked application frame reset essentials nothing is working its annoying

Can you post a screenshot of your entire screen so we can see what you are seeing?

Are you opening Photoshop (as you wrote) or Photoshop Beta (where you posted)?
