When saving a NEF image the web app hangs. After saving the NEF image as JPEG web app saves 0 Bytes

Question

I'm using a Mac with OS Ventura 13.0.1, web browser Chrome Version 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64).

I try to use the web version of Photoshop because the desktop version is crashing all the time when processing NEF files.

I succed the process of my file but when tring to download it to the computer the application finish the download with a 0 bytes file that, of course, not opens at all.

When saving the processed file trough the web application the process of saving takes to much time.

Hi @ereides sorry to hear this. You say the Ps desktop beta crashes all the time? What version of Ps beta are you using? Then you mention you are having issues saving files from Ps web? Let's figure these out and see what is up. Could you share some screenshots of both what you see on web and on desktop?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
