When will Photoshop be available for high end (compatible specification) Android tablets?

Thank you jane-e but no, the blog is no use whatsoever🙂

All the blog does is confirm the exact reason for my original question. 

My tablet has the same processor as my phone, more ram, more storage and a much better/larger screen (which obviously would make working on images much easier, especially with the S-pen).
