why do some generative descriptions get denied for breaching guidelines?

have version 24.7 when i drew a box and wanted to create the following "Lizard with upright neck scaled humped back with long slender tail" to put into water scene it woud not do it and said "removed for breaching guidlines" i wrote this description as when i just wrote "Loch nest monster" the results were really bad, nothing resembling even remotely a Loch Ness Monster, why would a lizard with upright neck and humps been seen as breaching guidelines, i understand the guidelines around offensive, hateful, sexual, racist, copyright breaching etc rules but Lizard? Humped back?
