Why there is no Photoshop Beta in the list of my applications?

Why thetre is no Photoshop Beta in the list of my applications?

It appears in the list of updates only.

The last update leaded to the problem with the launch of the application, so I would like to return the previous version. But I cannot do that, because there is no Photoshop Beta in the apps list
