Win 11: Photoshop Beta update fails with Error 113 – download aborts at ~1%
Attempting to update Photoshop Beta via Creative Cloud Desktop on Windows 11 consistently fails early in the download process. The update never progresses beyond ~1% before aborting with Error 113. Affected package: AdobePhotoshop27‑Core_x64 (version 27.3.0.3332).
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Creative Cloud Desktop (latest release).
- Install Photoshop Beta
- Initiate update from Creative Cloud (Beta channel).
- Observe download progress stall and abort at ~1%.
Expected result:
Update should complete successfully and the latest Beta build should install.
Actual result:
Download aborts immediately with exit code 113 and manifest/validator errors.
