Won't let me download document from creative cloud

I got a document shared to me through the creative cloud before I had an account, but I made an account with that email and it is still not downloading

Hi @26400582 sorry you are having issues.  Do you have any screenshots you can share as to the workflow you are using where you see this error, any error messages?

 

What computer/OS and browser are you using?
