Why did I become a member and was able to access Generative AI at the beginning, but now I am prompted with the message "You no longer have access because you have violated our usage rules"

 

What should I do with him? Can’t I use it even if I become a paid user? If it cannot be used, please help me apply for a refund. I became a paid user on September 15th. Thanks

Since you are a paid user with a valid subscription to Photoshop (required), please contact Adobe Customer Care directly so they can assist.

You posted to the Beta forum, so I should also mention that GF is in the released version of Photoshop 25.0. The beta version is for testing and reporting bugs to the product developers.
