Lasso and Brush tools glitching—single clicks cause random jumping/misclicks. Anyone else?

Has anyone encountered this issue recently?

In Photoshop, when I use the Lasso tool or Brush tool, a single click causes the cursor to misclick or jump around randomly. It’s making it impossible to select or draw accurately.
