1 photo with many different versions

Hello all.

I have a simple question.

I have a picture that I created that I want to make different versions of. So different colours styles etc. Similar to the Adobe picture attached.

How can I do this and how long will it take as I am a newbie.

You can use either Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to work on images. Which forum should we move this to?

Photoshop is subscription only. There is a Photographers' plan (annual) for $9.99 per month.
Photoshop Elements has a perpetual license and is on sale through January 3.
