100% Black Issue

Hi, I am on photoshop cc and fully up to date.

When I create a 100% black and fill my background with it, it appears gray, and the info panel only shows 91% black, what gives?

I'm not a newb and have never had this issue before.

Hi you can change this to full black from preferences check there...regards
