2 common-sense feature requests for Photoshop

Not sure why these features weren't present long before 2020, but they would really be helpful for my workflow:

1. Cropping. Allow non-destructive cropping, like e.g. iOS (maybe it's there and i just need to double check settings).

2. Workspaces. Allow workspace tweaks to be saved. On one hand you allow reset, and on the other hand you allow overwriting, but you make the path there harder than it has to be. Shouldn't require users to type the workspace name perfectly to the character to edit/overwrite the workspace. At least Illustrator allows managing workspaces, but both apps should make saving workspace updates EASIER, as easy as resetting them.

Non destructive cropping already exists - just uncheck "Delete Cropped Pixels" in the options bar.

I don't understand your issue with workspaces. just make the changes you want, go to the workspace dropdown menu and click New Workspace , give it a name and press OK.  You can delete any you don't want (apart from Essentials)

You can raise feature requests at the link below , where they will be seen by Adobe staff.

Adding to Dave's correct answer, when you add a feature request, please ask the Adobe engineers to make it work as it does in InDesign. When you choose New Workspace in InDesign, you get a dropdown menu with the names of all your existing workspaces so you don't have to worry about making a typo.

Photoshop and Illustrator both make you type in the name and you hope you get it right.
