2019 16 inch MacBook Pro Lagging HELP!!!

Hi,

Can someone help me to get my machine to work better with PS?  I bought this new Mac and I have been having issues ever since new updates. I have been using PS and Macs for 10 years and haven't had issues like this before.

I am working on PS 22.3

I am getting the spinning ball all the time,  clone stamp getting stuck when selecting clone from point, I have to keep pressing opt to get it to release, marquee tool lagging, can't save documents (Program error), graphical bugs everywhere.

Big Sur 11.2.3

Photoshop v 22.1

2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

+ Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
