2021 Photoshop home screen not popping up

I've been opening up my photoshop application and my homescren is not popping up along with my cloud documents. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling photoshop and restarting my computer and nothing has changed. How do I get my homescreen back?

Have a look inside the General tab of the Photoshop Preferences. Do you have the "Auto show the Home Screen" option active?
