2022 Photoshop for iPad (iPad Pro, iOS 15.1) Eraser Issue

Greetings!

I am suffering! My cursor has disappeared when I am trying to erase. The eraser works, but other than knowing the pixel size, I really don't know what I am getting ready to erase and to be very detailed is impossible. Hopefully, someone can help with this.

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble experienced with the eraser tool.

What are your Photoshop and operating system versions?
What eraser size are you using? What happens if you try to zoom in and then use the eraser option?
From when are you seeing this issue?

You may try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t Also, back up the existing Photoshop preferences if you have any custom brushes, action, and workspace: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Ranjisha

So...

I am using iPad OS (15.1) on an iPad Pro and Photoshop 2022. I was using my eraser tool and all of a sudden the cursor just disappeared. It doesn't matter what size the tool is set at...anywhere from 1 to 250.  Zoom does not matter either.

Thanks -
