I am trying to bring in a mp4 into photoshop. I have done this a million times and now I am getting this grip ' Could not complete the video frames to layers command because the file could not be opened '.

Sure, I am bringing this in from After Affects through Adobe media encoder.

Where is the mp4 file you are trying to bring in? Is it in a location where you may have some permissions conflicts? Can you be a little more specific about how you are bringing in the mp4 file?
