21.0.2 problems

I just updated PS to 21.0.2 and I am instantly running into trouble.

1 Random freezes and I need to alt+tab out and back in to be able to continue working

2 Characters don't register. While typing, 1 in about 50 characters doesn't register. Especially when typing words containing the same character twice.

3 Vector shapes alignment is off. Just noticed this. When you turn off "Snap Vector Tools and Transforms to Pixel Grid"*, the vector shapes don't align to the location of the vector lines as well as they used too. Putting a rectangle shape on the edge or on 50% of a pixel should respectively display it in 100%  and 50% opacity. But instead it just seems random now. I can't figure out any logic behind it. Update: after trying to continue my work, I noticed that moving a path around in a shape with combined paths, makes the non-moving paths offset the pixel alignment. This is really weird..

4 CTRL + ALT click on a layer thumbnail has  unexpected behaviour. This is a way to work with intersecting selections. Although this still works, for some reason it also zooms/focusses on the layer thumb that you're clicking. Like daniellieske describes here.

I noticed the first two in the first 5 minutes of use. My main reason for writing this is that I am a little concerned about your testing process.

*this should not be as far away in the settings menu as it is now. But that's no new bug.
