22.3 Photoshop crashes when entering cropping ratio number

Ever since the most recent update, when I try to enter a number in the first box of the crop ratio, the program freezes up completely. It has happened over and over again. Even if I enter a crop ratio before I open an image, Photoshop freezes up completely. I have to force close it. Anyone else having this issue?

Until the 22.3 bugs are fixed, you can revert to 22.2 using the Creative Cloud app.
