22.4.3 upgrade and Finder both stopped responding upon opening a PSD file. I had to reinstall 22.4.2

Photoshop 22.4.3 upgrade stopped responding when opening PSD files, then Finder stopped responding. After multiple restarts, I had to reinstall 22.4.2, and am finally able to work.
