23.2.1 Win10 Perspective Crop marquee persists after crop is canceled

When using the Perspective Crop tool in Classic mode, the crop marquee stays onscreen even if the crop is canceled. There was a similar problem with the default Crop tool in Classic mode that was fixed last month.
