24.5 adjustments panel icons not working properly in dark mode

On load the new Adjustments panel displays the light mode icons even though the rest of the interface is in dark mode. Setting the interface to one of the lighter modes and then back to the darkest will sort it but nothing else (restarting etc.) seems to:

I have the same issue and I don't have dark mode enabled. Would rather have the old panel back but at the very least have the icons visible. 

 

A wokaround is to click list view and then click again for icon view.
