25.4 (both beta and release versions) has (gpu) performance issues

I used v25.3 (beta included) it works great
I used v25.4 (both beta and release) and it had huge permormance issue related to GPU (rtx3060) 

I installed v25.3 back and all those issues disappeared 

EVERY SETTINGS ARE THE SAME btw. 

 

Some of the issues: 
- Screen tearings 
- Slow draw 
- Zoom with no animation (only click-zoom works) 

 

So...Hope your next versions fix that.

    25.4 is a terrible version with a lot of bugs, I don't understand why adobe released this version, their tester team is probably blind not detecting very basic errors, for example the eyedropper does not working fine, the brush tool doesn't show the size when I use the "][" shortcut. Problems of slowness, lags,...

      Edit: DO NOT WORK ON THIS VERSION if you have an IMPORTANT PROJECT 

      Because it also has ''screen freeze'' bug which you can click and do anything but nothing shows up. You can't see the same menu too. SO BEWARE. 

      Another bug is BRUSH hardness (red) doesn't show up. 

       

      Some of those bugs are very dangerous, please beware and be sure those doesn't happen with you before you start working on your project.
