how to solve Adobe Photoshop error, The 3D features require that 'Use Graphics Processor' is enabled in the performance preferences. your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly

Yes Adobe is in the process of removing 3D from Photoshop.

So with each version and update more of the 3D functions are getting removed.

 

If you want a Photoshop version with fully working 3D, Adobe suggests installing Photoshop 22.2
