3D Guidelines Not Showing or Working

Hi! I've been trying to create some 3D font for a client in a film noir style. I' e used 3D in the past but not since about early 2021.

None of my guides are working. The blue and red axes don't show, the circle in the centre for infinite lightning doesn't show, the yellow circle to rotate the text doesn't show... it's all empty? I have ALL of my guides turned on. Whether I have just 3D or all, nothing seems to be working.

I've spent the past 3 hours trying to get this to work and have watched many tutorials and everyone's has worked from start up. I'm confused to say the least! I've also tried reinstalling and my settings are fine for GPU & I have deactivate native canvas on - I mention this as I saw this linked to a lot of issues but mines been fine the whole time.

I have a deadline, so need this to be working asap. Any suggestions? I'll take anything at this point before I go looney looking through support threads 😂

3D is being discontinued from Photoshop. If you want to use it, you need to download 22.2 from the Creative Cloud. You can have both 22.2 and your current version installed. Deactivate canvas worked for a while, but no longer seems to.

Do you have a link to the download? I've seen this answer on other threads but haven't actually been able to download an older version. Everywhere I've been to that had said where it is, hasn't had it. I've checked direct from my creative cloud as well and nothing. Is there a direct download link? Or has it moved in creative cloud?

I know they're removing it from photoshop, but I've seen people on the latest v using it within the past few months (have tried to reach out to them). It technically works, but just has no guidelines, making everything difficult and long winded (especially with lighting). All the tools are there. Everything else still shows me the correct guides as well. Hopefully I can get an older version and it'll fix the issue 🤞

In the CC app, click your avatar > Preferences > Apps > Show Older Apps

Does it show up now? (Tag me by tapping @ before my user name.)
