3d obj Object export for converting into ar doesn't work properly

Hi, in order to create a simple ar experience i would like to gernerate a usdz file from a 3d photoshop design (a simple extrusion). I tried many ways, exported it as obj for example. Weather i imported it into aero, dimensions or tried to convert it to uszd - i only get the shape, but no texture or color (or the wrong color, see screenshot between photoshop and reality converter). I also tried to add material in reality converter, but it didn't work. What is going wrong?

update: The mistake seems to be connected with some textures that cannot be displayed correctly... i see it also in the rendering (picture 2)… if i delete it (picture 1), everything is fine, also in the conversion to a uszd file. BUT: then i have the object in only one color which i can change , but everything else is deleted - like in this example the line "days" (picture 3). It will be impossible to do a proper 3d extrusion for example with a two or more colored subject… any clues now? 😉
