3d workspace not working in photoshop cc 2015

I can't access my 3D workspace in Photoshop cc 2015. When I try changing the workspace to 3D it switches to essentials. When I try making an object and switch into the workplace automatically it says could not complete your request because of a program error.

Hi Deviia,

You may try and reset the Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check refer: Preferences in Photoshop if that helps also, you are not using the latest version of Photoshop.

Update it to CC 2017.1.1 from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Open Creative Cloud Desktop app > Go to Apps section > Click on Update next to the Photoshop.

Regards,

Mohit

Hi,

I've tried this but it did not work. I like the 2015 version of Photoshop. I'd really prefer to get the 2015 version fixed that get the 2017 version!

Try resetting you Photoshop preferences. When Photoshop start use the workspace pull-down to switch from you normal workspace to the 3d workspace use the pull-down again reset 3d workspace, again to switch to essentials, again to reset essentials, again to switch back to yoe normal work space. The may fix your problems.

Check the CC 2015 workspace folders look something like mine. The one in Program Files for CC 2015 and the one in your user id cc 2015 preferences.
