6th icon (rectangle with diagonals) in the Tool bar

I've no clue what this 6th icon can do.

Please explain all that it can do.

The sixth icon is usually the eyedropper tool. Can you take a screenshot and show us which icon you mean?

THe eyedropper is the 7th icon (starting from the move tool as the first).

The 6th is the the rectangle with sides and diagonals drawn.

I am not sure of the purpose of this tool. A right click brings no comment at all.
