Could you please provide a little more detail. A before and after screen capture would also be useful. Cheers.

* Layer: Color Fill1 and Color Fill2 are Shape Layers.

3. The Line dissappeared in 'Color Fill2' When 'Layer 5' is moved But the bottom layer is fine.

And when you turn the eye button on and off, the line appears again.
