A program error when I try to import video frames to layers

Question

Hello!I made a video in After Effects and now I try to make a gif file in Photoshop. But I can't import the video. This function crushes when I tap Import -> Video Frames to layres. There's a message: could not complete the video frames to layers command becase of a program error". So then i tried to close photoshop and I had an another message: "could not complete your request because of a program error". I close photoshop by Task manager.I have Window 10 x64Could you help me with this problem, please?Best wishes

Without any info about your video file and proper system info we can#t realyl tell you much. Either the video is in an unsuitable format or the hardware acceleration functions used by the video features don't work correctly because your system isn#t adequately equipped or configured.
