A value between 0.00 pixel and 216.00 Pixels is required. Closest value inserted.

ERROR MESSAGE keeps showing up every time I select a new tool. Very annoying. How do I fix?

Hi, try to work with a new image or another image.

If it works, check the sizes the resolution and dpi of your image. Maybe there is something wrong.

Otherwise try to reset photoshop prefs:
