Photoshop 2023 has a version number of 24 I misrepresented it as the 23 version.
I get confused every time that the version is not the same as the photoshop year.
(22-ver23, 23-ver24)
Sorry about this part.
The version of my problem is cc 2023, Ver 24.3 ~ the new version.

I worked for 2-3 hours. But it doesn't solve the problem.

I've removed the extension

hello
why not upgrade to newer version if that can solve the problem, what is so special with that number 23.3?

-Since last year, i have been updating whenever a new update comes out.
However, from which version, the more the latest update, the more the problem occurred,
To solve it, we update whenever the latest version comes out, but problems always occur.
Currently, I am using the 2019 version by downgrade version.

5600x cpu not integrated graphics https://www.techpowerup.com/cpu-specs/ryzen-5-5600x.c2365

i have coolorus extensions , but It's been a long time since I haven't used it, and I'm using Photoshop color

I've removed the extension, let's start testing it now

I wonder if this problem occurs as update the latest under all the same conditions.

Thats not normal, it can hit sometime 90% in certain condoitions but if you see all the time 90% and more usage there is something that "eats" memory outside of Photoshop.

I can not check mentioned version 23.3, why not upgrade to newer version if that can solve the problem, what is so special with that number 23.3?

If Photoshop's RAM usage exceeds the limit you have set in Preferences > Performance, something is wrong.

If it steadily increases without you doing anything, then it's a memory leak. The most common cause for memory leaks, are third-party plugins and extensions. Do you have any?

It could also be integrated graphics (as opposed to a discrete video card). That also tends to eat out of system memory. You can check that in the Task Manager > Performance graphs.

How much RAM is used when Photoshop just opens and sits idle, with no documents open?

If you've had several files open, the memory used is not released until the application closes. This is by design, for efficiency and speed. This is why you should limit memory allocation in preferences to 70 % or so.

How much free disk space do you have for the scratch disk?

Photoshop will not slow down or crash because of low RAM. Low RAM is the normal working condition for Photoshop. It uses the scratch disk as its main memory.
