Abo gekündigt aber abo lief weiter

Ich habe mein abo beendet mir wurden 30€ Gebühr abgezogen und jetzt ist mein abo doch nicht beendet. Jetzt habe ich es wieder gekündigt und mir werden wieder 20€ als gebühr abgezogen. Es gibt keinen wirklichen kontakt außer anrufen wo kann ich das denn anfechten?

It is unclear if you cancelled during the trial, before your annual contract was over, or at the end of the annual contract.
