about the color of text is change autoing

Use photoshop cs6 under win10 home version, for example, set the text border color, set the color to FF00FF with the brush method, the actual color is not pink, so click the brush again and find that the text color changes to 2e7rue or the like.
Another win7 computer at home is normal.
