About the prevention from saving document into another desktop

By using Adobe Acrobat, a pdf file can be "save as" at another desktop location (i.e. from the network folder path to local desktop), even this pdf file is password protection enabled.

Please may i know if there is any solution available, to prevent this pdf file to be saved at another locaton of the desktop by other users?
