Abrir archivo tiff version cs5 en CC

Buenos días,

Tengo un problema, tengo archivos .tif hechos con un photshop cs5, ahora tengo el nuevo cc y al abrir los archivos me aparecen como dañados, las fotos se ven mal con rayas, cambios colores...

Necesito modificar el tif anterior para actualizarlo y no puedo...

Alguien sabe como lo puedo hacer?

    Good morning

    I have a problem, I have .tif files made with a Photoshop cs5, I now have the new cc and open the files they appear to me as damaged, photos look bad with stripes, changes colors...

    I need to modify the preceding tif to update it and I can not...

    Does anyone know how I can do it?

    Can you provide a file for testing?

    I am afraid the files may actually be corrupted.

    But does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

    You could install Photoshop CS6 to see if that makes a difference:
