ACTIONS NOT WORKING

HELPPPP please. I have been struggling with getting my actions to work for a week now. I even had an Adobe support preofessional have access to my screen and he couldnt fix it either after 5 hours. My problem is when I run ANY action. It says the follow " The command "blank" is not currently available. What am I doing wrong? ive even uninstalled my PS hoping that would help.

What are the steps you want to di with the action? It sounds like you are trying to reference a layer that doesn't have the same name as the one, when you recorded your action. But it could be any discrepancy between the files.

Hi Chuck,

From the research ive done and after watching the man from adobe try to work on my action as well, he attempted to rename the action steps like I believe you are referring to. It still wouldnt work. 😞 ... Im trying to run a watermark in a batch. I also tried to the run the action on just one photo. It wouldnt work either. I tried the Vignette action, also didnt work. Let me know if I need to post a photo to help understand the steps im doing.

Yes, a screen shot would be useful, as well as the steps in your action.
