I have owned Adobe CS3 for years and used it on an old Windows XP system.  Recently my system crashed and I want to reinstall Adobe CS3 onto the system but I am stuck at that activation page. I have I have the original Software I have the serial number I just need the activation code how do I obtain this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I am unable to access the Internet with this computer it is strictly an office computer that I use for creative purposes.  I have the entire creative cloud system on my other computers but that doesn't help me with tech-support.  Can anybody out there help me ?

Thanks and happy holidays,

Peggy

    That is your only choices.

You can try over the phone but I don't think it works anymore.

    You can try this:

    Offline Activation

As far as I the that is how offline activation worked.  New versions of Adobe Products need to be activated online via Creative Cloud Desktop Application.  With old versions of Photoshop it was possible to activate offline with Adobe's help with a procedure like I posted.   You could try searching Adobe.Com for Offline activation for Photoshop you may find something. Thanks so much for your help... I'm not activated yet, but I know what direction I need to go in.

If I can't get it up and running this way I might need to see about hooking this up to the INTERNET

just to get this running. Even though I pay for the entire creative suite, I use Photoshop CS3 on

this computer the most - it has been a fixture for me for about 8 years. I would hate to lose it.

Hope that you have a great New Year - thanks for your quick answers!

    Hello,

I am having the same problem as you. I unfortunately don't have great news. The CS3 activation servers are down so the only way to activate it is using a special serial number that does not need to be activated (similar to the cs2 number adobe provides). You would have to track down that number. If you get an answer to how to acquire the serial number, please let me know.

Thanks for your quick response but my problem is with Photoshop not Adobe acrobat.  Sorry I was not more specific . The Software does not give me a link to activate without the Internet. The only options that I have are "adjust your Internet connection settings" or "activate over the phone."
