Activated font not appearing in Photoshop desktop app

Hello

I've click to activate a selection of fonts on my Adobe online account (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/oskar-inline#fonts-section) but they are not appearing on my Photoshop desktop app. 

I'm running a on a new'ish MacBook Pro. 

When I click to open up Adobe Creative Cloud app off my desktop it just has a loading window without progressing any further. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
