Add Fonts to PS iPad Without CC App

I am trying to add custom fonts to Photoshop on my school iPad. Since it's not a personal device, I am unable to download the Creative Cloud app, which as I understand it is the main way to add fonts to Adobe apps (on mobile at least). Is the app mandatory for adding them, or is there an alternative method I could use?

You cannot arbitrarily add fonts or other data to mobile devices unless they are "rooted". That is kind of the point why you have to use the CC app or for that matter other apps/ sync mechanisms. Nothing to do with Adobe, it's simply security stuff and how this works under the hood. So for better or worse you have to talk to your IT guy and have him at least allow the CC app.
