Add mixer brush to early versions of Photoshop

I currently use Photoshop CC3 and PE2021. Is it possible to add the Mixer Brush to either of these two programs?

Hi @BobB881 the simple answer is no. Adobe ended support for CS3 years ago.

The Mixer Brush is not available in PSE but there are some workarounds to simulate the effect using the Smudge tool.

This tutorial is for Photoshop, but the controls and methods are the same in PSE.
