Add-Ons

I recently purchased two add-ons, both $13.95. I downloaded the extension manager cc to try and get the add-ons onto my photoshop, but was unable to because it says I need the Photoshop between version 14.0 and 18.99. I really need these add-ons for the project I am currently working on, and was hoping I could get some help on how to get these versions. And if not, how can I get a refund?

    You can contact the Add-on maker for further information, but you should at least know Extension Manager CC has been discontinued.

    What I can suggest and I have used it successfully is Anastasiy's Extension Manager.  Anastasiy's Extension Manager for Adobe platform

    Which add-ons exactly? And which versions? Got a link?

    There is no Photoshop version 18.99. The current version is CC 2017.1.1 (also known as 18.1.1).
