First of all i would not try a reinstall of Photoshop 2019 unless you have the Photoshop 2019 installer since Adobe no longer offers those older Photoshop installers and usually a reinstall is not needed.

It would also be helpful if the screenshots you post are larger so we see them clearly.

You can take screenshots on your Mac instead of taking pictures of the screen.

Many times a Photoshop preferences reset is all that is needed to fix Photoshop problems.

Where it says Using a keyboard shortcut

Jeff,
I have not heard back from you.
See my most recent reply back on this thread. My Photoshop CC2019 still only comes up with a blank grey screen. I followed the link you gave me to Quit photoshop, then command+option+shift, and opened photoshop but did not get notification “delete the adobe photoshop set up
file.” I am dead in the water and need to do some printing. Help!

If it was working okay before, perhaps a reset of the Photoshop preferences will fix it.

The Password the Photoshop 2019 installer is asking for is the one you use to Log In to your Mac.

Your User account password on your Mac.

What version of macOS are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

Sounds like the Home Screen is the one that is blank.

When Photoshop appears are you able to go Photoshop CC>Preferences (Settings)>General and check Disable Home Screen?

Then restart Photoshop and see if that made a difference.
