Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium Install Issues

Downloaded my order, when running Install, it failed. Message: We've encountered a problem. Installer failed to initialize. This could ne due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. The link for Get Adobe Support Advisor sent me to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html#/top_products, but all I'm getting is the run-around.

I PAID OVER $800 FOR THIS PROGRAM IN 2016 AND NOW IT'S USELESS! I DEMAND A RESPONSE!

    This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

    If you bought Photoshop CS6 in 2016 who exactly did you buy it from?

    And why did you decide to buy obsolete software anyway?
