Adobe CS5.5 on my new computer

Question

I recently purchased a mac desktop that also has 1/2 its drive still windows so I can run my Adobe CS5.5 and quickbooks.  I go to open my photoshop and it says I am done my trial and need to purchase.  why can't I run this after I have already purchased this and my computer guy was suppose to transport it over to my new computer.  what do I do??

Moving software from one computer to another rarely works. You really need to run the installation routine from disks or downloads. And then enter your serial number when prompted for it. Did you or your tech guy do any of that?
