Adobe customer care is non existent

Does anyone know how to get technical support from adobe without waisting hours in a chat with someone who is soooooooo slow? I am paying an absolute fortune and their care is rubbish!

    People will now contact you telling you the email address for tech support, or offering a Skype call, or whatever. THEY ARE FAKE. Stick with the actual chat. Tips: 1. Type AGENT to connect to a human more quickly. 2. Stay connected. 3. Have something else to do.

      Thank you. I am really thinking of ditching Adobe.

        When you go to chat, type "agent" to get a human, not a bot. If you are not getting the advice you need, ask for Tier 2 or politely end the chat and start a new one. You can also ask here (in a new thread).
