Adobe Extensions Mac OS Path PS 2019

Hi all does anyone know where the Extensions Plug-ins folder is for Photoshop CC 2019? I have installed some plugins via a installer however unable to uninstall them or locate them. They all appear under the Windows > Extensions in Photoshop

Have looked for it and can not find it in Library

You could try this third party extension manger to uninstall the extensions:
