Adobe link broken - Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver

Hi all,

My workhorse Mac, a 2012 Mini has only 1536MB of Graphics memory so I suppose I lose a few latest Photoshop features. Strange that a warning only just popped up and it’s a while since I updated Photoshop to 21.2.4. 

So 2 things, the warning [screenshot] shows a link to www.adobe.com/go/photoshop_gpu_cc_uk -  that link goes to a 404 error and on to the generic UK landing page

2nd,

is there a version of Photoshop that I can use which will restore my ability to use perspective warp on my desktop system [with its limited graphics memory]??
